Payment of deposits/fees are taken as acceptance of the following:
Covid 19 Restrictions
If future Covid 19 restrictions are imposed classes will continue online until it is safe to return to normal. Refunds cannot be claimed under these circumstances.
Covid 19 Responsibility
Students must not attend classes if they are displaying any symptoms of Covid 19 or have been to any country (not on the green list) in the last fourteen days.
Covid 19 Indemnity
Whilst every safety precaution is taken in response to the covid 19 pandemic in accordance with government/HSE guidelines students, parents and guardians agree to indemnify Conor Armstrong Sanfey and any guest tutors in the event of catching covid 19.
Please see below our risk assessment and completed HSA Certificate of completion. All tutors will also be required to fill out a covid form.
Parents/guardians/students give consent for the usage of images and videos of their classes and performances strictly for promotion purposes on the official youtube channel, Facebook, Instagram and website and during performances. Parents/guardians/students also give full consent for their image/voice and performance to be used in short films produced by the classes. These short films may be screened at showcases, put up on the official Youtube or Facebook page or given to the students involved. These films must not be uploaded or shared on social media or any video platforms by students or parents.
All deposits are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation of the course/workshop.
Fees are strictly due in full before class on the first day of term. All fee's are non-refundable except in the event the class/course/workshop is cancelled. Fees are non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances.
A discount is available on all year long (three term) courses if paying upfront for all three terms.
Siblings get a 10% discount for all terms.
Friends signing up together get a 10% discount on their first term.

Cancellation of Classes
If classes have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances eg sickness every effort will be made to reschedule the classes to make up the time. If classes are cancelled due to advice by Met Eireann and/or the government it may not be able to reschedule classes.
Any personal items/clothing etc brought into class is at that student's own personal risk. Students please check you have everything before leaving the premises as there may not be a lost and found on the premises.
You must be eighteen or older to attend the adult courses.
Conor reserves the right to expel a student from a class if their behaviour is unacceptable or disruptive.
Exams are administered by separate exam boards. Students are responsible for paying and booking their own exams. Conor Armstrong Sanfey will notify students of deadlines in plenty of advance. Please note Conor has no control over dates, times or locations of exams.
Conor Armstrong Sanfey operates as a sole trader and is fully registered for tax in the Republic of Ireland.

Child Safe Guarding Statement:
For Conor Armstrong Sanfey the safety and well being of his students is of paramount importance. Conor has put the following measures in place to insure a safe and happy environment for all students attending his courses.
Students will be supervised at all times during class times. Parents/Guardians are required to collect and drop off students on time, as it is not possible to provide supervision outside of class times.
Conor Armstrong Sanfey is fully insured.
All courses take place in a safe and secure venue.
Reports/concerns of Abuse/Neglect
Any reports/concern of emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse or neglect of any student will be reported to Tusla Child and Family Agency for review and possible investigation.
Conor Armstrong Sanfey does not condone any form or bullying in any form (verbal or physical) and has a zero tolerance policy on bullying. Any form of bullying (once off occasion/continuous) will not be tolerated, and will be addressed in a fair and impartial way.
On first offence; the student will be taken aside in private and warned and advised that it is unacceptable behaviour.
On second offence; the student's parents/guardians will be contacted.
On third offence; the student will be asked to leave the class.
