Payment of deposits/fees are taken as acceptance of the following:
Covid 19 Restrictions
If future Covid 19 restrictions are imposed classes will continue online or at a suitable outdoor venue until it is safe to return to normal. Refunds cannot be claimed under these circumstances.
Image Consent
Parents/guardians/students give consent for the usage of images and videos of their classes and performances strictly for promotion purposes on the official youtube channel, Facebook, Instagram and website and during performances. Parents/guardians/students also give full consent for their image/voice and performance to be used in short films produced by the classes. These short films may be screened at showcases, put up on the official Youtube or Facebook page or given to the students involved. These films must not be uploaded or shared on social media or any video platforms by students or parents.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation of the course/workshop.
Fee's
Fees are strictly due in full before class on the first day of term. All fee's are non-refundable except in the event the class/course/workshop is cancelled. Fees are non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances.
Discounts
Adult Courses:
A discount is available on all year long (three term) courses if paying upfront for all three terms.
Kids/Teen Courses:
Siblings get a 10% discount for all terms.
Friends signing up together get a 10% discount on their first term.

Cancellation of Classes
If classes have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances eg sickness every effort will be made to reschedule the classes to make up the time. If classes are cancelled due to advice by Met Eireann and/or the government it may not be able to reschedule classes.
Personal Belongings
Any personal items/clothing etc brought into class is at that student's own personal risk. Students please check you have everything before leaving the premises as there may not be a lost and found on the premises.
Class Ages
You must be eighteen or older to attend the adult courses.
Expulsion
Conor reserves the right to expel a student from a class if their behaviour is unacceptable or disruptive.
Examinations
Exams are administered by separate exam boards. Students are responsible for paying and booking their own exams. Conor Armstrong Sanfey will notify students of deadlines in plenty of advance. Please note Conor has no control over dates, times or locations of exams.
Legal Status
Conor Armstrong Sanfey operates as a sole trader and is fully registered for tax in the Republic of Ireland.
Supervision
Students will be supervised at all times during class times. Parents/Guardians are required to collect and drop off students on time, as it is not possible to provide supervision outside of class times.
Insurance
Conor Armstrong Sanfey is fully insured.
Venue
All courses take place in a safe and secure venue.
Anti-Bullying Policy
Conor Armstrong Sanfey does not condone any form or bullying in any form (verbal or physical) and has a zero tolerance policy on bullying. Any form of bullying (once off occasion/continuous) will not be tolerated, and will be addressed in a fair and impartial way.
On first offence; the student will be taken aside in private and warned and advised that it is unacceptable behaviour.
On second offence; the student's parents/guardians will be contacted.
On third offence; the student will be asked to leave the class.
